Beautiful little place. No surprise the fresh carrots from here are so sweet and amazing. Their own vegetables are delicious. There are a bunch of great products available here. From ceramic mugs, to locally sourced frozen meats. Their bakery puts out some delicious treats as well.

Visiting from Salt Lake City UT.
We met some family here for lunch who live in the area, it's absolutely beautiful! There's a full farmers market type store inside and well as a flower/plant nursery outside. The restaurant inside is fantastic, there's plenty of options and a variety of homemade baked goods. I ordered the veggie wrap in a spinach tortilla and a cup of asparagus soup.
I could shop there for hours and the fruit/produce look large and fresh! If I ever get to come back to NY I will be back!

Drove 35 min just to taste the apple cider doughnuts and they did not disappoint!!
Best ones we’ve ever tasted, way superior flavor and quality than others.
We asked around for recommendations on the best doughnuts and many people sent us to the carrot barn. We will be driving again soon to get more.

This place is amazing. The sandwiches are very, very good. The produce is excellent. The atmosphere is excellent. We come here every weekend. The cider donuts are absurdly good. I can’t say enough good things about it. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

We were heading from Cooperstown to Salem, MA and took a quick detour for apple cider, and we’re so glad we did! The sandwich my husband ordered was very good and the carrot and parsnip chowder I ordered was absolutely fabulous. Cider was also very good. Definitely stop in, even if you’re just driving by on 88; it’s a quick detour and so worth it.
