Was given the wrong bag or something. Got maybe $10 of the wrong food for the almost $20 I spent. The consistency of this place just sucks and it's not even a hard job. Need better managers or trainers... I'm not sure which, but I won't waste my money here anymore.

It was a horrible experience, we stood there patiently for 10 minutes watching them fill online and drive up orders, saw one employee walking around and talking with her hands in her pockets. Finally some younger gal came over to take our order, full of attitude like we were a bother with every question she asked seeming to be difficult. My wife used the restroom only to discover something smeared on the toilet seat, she was horrified by the bathroom experience. We got our food and the only thing warm were the chicken nuggets đ fries were rubbery, burgers were gross, the whole thing was horrible.
There were lots of employees but it looked like they were catering to the online orders/pickups more than the people that were actually there to eat, which is good for those I suppose.
I wanted to let them know and I did contact the owner( name and number was on the door) no reply but hope something changes because that was the most horrible experience ever.

So bad they always mess up my order I ordered 4 happy meal and never got the chicken nuggets in any of them and no drinks like what did I even pay for the box !!!!

Every time we go to this McDonaldâs, they never seem to have any smoothies. I see that not having an item is a continuing problem with this McDonaldâs. When we order through the drive thru, we normally have to wait a decent while until the person in front of us receives their food.
