Seems like a nice place to walk in the woods.
However, ticks were very bad there.
After leaving I picked a bunch off of my dog and a few off myself. I definitely recommend using big spray if you're going hiking there.

A hidden gem with miles of trails and a handful of nice camping shelters. Loads of bridges over stream crossings, a sprinkling of educational signage, and beautiful old trees. Lots of interesting flora, fauna, fossils, and fungi to find. One of my favorite places to wander for a few hours with my dog, a friend, or alone.
FYI: the gate is usually locked before 9 and after sunset and on weekends, but if you park somewhere else, like in town, you can just hike in. The entrance is easy to miss, look for a small white sign on a wooden base.
