Y'all really forgot my nacho cheese on my nachos. I called the store and no one answered. I’m pregnant and these nachos were honestly going to be the highlight of my day. I drove 10 min home upset. Not cool.

Service was horrible yesterday, 04-06-25. Had to wait 20 minutes for my food in the lobby. When I heard that they were out of cooked beef, and were cooking more now, I asked for my money back. The worker responded with "Sir, we are making your food shortly". I said, "No thank you, I have been here for 15 minutes, I want my money back". She says "Sir, your food is coming shortly". I understand that maybe they were having a bad day, but when a customer asks for their money back, don't just blow them off after they have been calmly waiting for 15 minutes.

Livia the manager was awesome, but the food was the worst I've seen it, 2 tiny pieces of chicken and a steak chalupa that had 4 tiny pieces of meat.....taco bell step your game u

Ordered food waited for 25 minutes went and asked them where my food was and they go hold on and find out my food had been sitting in the doordash spot that whole time.... so now I have cold food more than likely will not be going back .. ps they ran out of beef 😒

I ordered at the counter. The folks after me got their food first. As I continued to wait I was told their board was cleared. Evidently they gave my food to someone in the drive through. Before I got my food the folks who ordered after me came back because half of their order was missing. There were 6 people making food. Very poorly run. Asked for NO tomatoes. Still got tomatoes
