I'm from Salt Lake City, UT and this is my first NY bakery experience! The shop was beautiful, old and had so much charm. The array of baked goods, pastries and old school candy was overwhelming in an amazing way! I got a coffee this time but will be back for a treat or two! While I was there many people came and went, the staff was very friendly. There's indoor and outdoor seating! Definitely will return!
Just found this place today. Very cool. Food was amazing. Service was very good. Friendly staff for sure. Even brought a cherry pie home for dessert tonight.
Amazing how the word "No" it's always their first reaction. I just tried to place a large order of specialty donuts and asked if they could be made smaller than the normal size and was told no. At $1.65 a piece, and I was looking at ordering three or four dozen, you think maybe the manager or the baker would want to get involved in this decision? You need to train your staff better.
Truly remarkable! I visited this cafe and bakery multiple times a day during my weekend stay in cobleskill. Everything was fresh and delicious from breakfast sandwiches, bagels, coffee and pastries to hot and cold lunch not to mention the ice cream and peach mango smoothie. We especially loved the blueberry crumb cake. Wide variety and endless options to choose from. Highly recommend. Top notch customer service always. Best place in town hands down.
First time visit from out of area. Recommended by family. Had soup and side of wonderful bread. Go up to counter for service and I’m always uncomfortable when I don’t know the drill. Lovely atmosphere. Excellent food, although I did feel rushed because I didn’t understand the ordering or clearing system.
