Ordered off the app. Litterly watched them make the subs and put them in the back room instead of on the counter for pick up. Made to wait till the app said it was completed way after when they were done. Ordered the ham with extra meat, very little meat and toppings. Very poor quality subs for the price you pay. They don't even toast a sub when requested.

Ordered ultimate BMT. No cheese and maybe 8 slices of meat on the entire sandwhich. Not buying from this location again.

I order double of all salad ingredients because my BLT Salad I ordered seemed like it wasn't enough and I got less in this salad then I did the last one and no cucumbers even though I ordered them. I also had to heat the bacon when I got home even though I specifically asked that they heat the bacon. I liked this location in the beginning and always leave a $2.00 tip but definitely won't be going back anytime soon.

They put almost no toppings on our sub even after multiple requests for more. Maybe 5 or 6 leaves of spinach on a footlong, lettuce was brown, etc. I would definitely not recommend stopping here. Also prices are highly inflated and not clearly marked in the associated convenience store.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a Subway. Wish I could put 0 stars:
1) My 11 year old ordered “Spicy Italian” but they wouldn’t make it until we called it the “Hotshot Italiano”…which was annoying, but whatever
2) Left one of the subs in the toaster too long, burned the bread, didn’t replace but went ahead and gave it to us
3) Charged us for a six inch when it should have been a foot long (employee error). Good customer service would have been to eat the loss (pun intended). Mediocre customer service would have been to refund the 6 inch and charge the correct price. Went with the worst possible option of just charging us for a second 6 inch, meaning we paid an extra $4 for a burnt sandwich.
4) While trying to charge us for a second six inch, attempted to charge us for a foot long and then had no idea how to void the foot long. Had to bring someone over from the gas station side to operate the POS. Took forever with a long line behind us. Wasn’t worth arguing over, saved complaints for this review.
One star lost for each = 1 star. Should be 0. Won’t go back.
